Forever we seem to be worrying

About the money that doesn’t

Line our greedy pockets. If life’s just

Profit where’s the heart of my fellow

Man. How can we stand to live like

This unrelenting ignorant bliss

The more we owe shows how confused

We have all become. We’re unravelling

We’re almost undone my feet are sinking

My knees are weak the

Meek inheriting the earth what a curse

What a fucking stocked full hearse

We ride in to oblivion

All peering through televisions oblivious to

The existence of ourselves. There’s no emergency

Exit door we can yank open in the sky

We’re always falling, we never fly

These pipe dreams are making us blind.
