Infinite Nothing

Online gambling

Online gaming

Online friends these trends

Stick in my throat

Bloating my anger

Because the clocks

No longer have hands

And it stands to reason

That your digital friends

Are nothing but noughts

And zeros

And this lack of heroes

Sticks in my throat

Like a hot tear

Shedding fears down

Into my breaking heart

Where the starts don’t finish

Just diminish

What we all came her for

In the first place

Not this heathen rat race

Full of pale faces

Staring into the sun

Just for the fun of it

These tea cup rings

Sting my eyes

Lights of bolting fireflies

Shedding their wings in the night

Dancing the big fight

In hot steaming tunnels

Where we all funnel

Like sand through our

Grasping hands so tight

Without any feeling

In their tips because

It just aint hip anymore

Not to want to be

Stuck in cyberspace memory

Running through wires

At ridiculous speeds

To feed the needy addicted

To their little clicks and buttons

Neverending in time

Back and forth

Through infinite nothing

We are all
